The Growing Season
A warm vintage allowed the fruit characteristics to flow through the berries which were picked in the cool of the evening and then placed in stainless steel tanks for 7 days before a portion was placed into French oak barrels for 6 months.

A velvety rich Merlot with delicious plum and berry flavours that is accentuated by a soft and pleasing oak aroma.

Perfectly paired with Chicken Boscaiola, or creamy Mushroom Risotto.
